Why Butterfly?

When I look at an image of a butterfly, I think of the tapestry of emotions that I have been blessed to experience, the many lessons that constantly inspire me to open my wings and fly where the wind blows. And just as it is hard to make sense of the butterfly's patterns, I cannot completely fathom the greatness of my life's journey. Whether by fate or my own choice, I must be resigned to the stark reality that all my accomplishments may turn out to be insignificant. The essence of my existence is in how much I inspire one life, and make even one child smile his sincerest smile, after realizing that life is simply much too meaningful to be interpreted in words. I believe that any person blessed with the gift of life has the obligation to consciously seek meaning to his life, and appreciate the divine gift of his unique beauty and worth.
